Shopping Chatbot

In-stream services are unique event features that can be customized to make your event much more engaging such as QR codes, shopping, poll interactions, etc.

Create Shopping Chatbot 

Shopping - Connecting to your Shopify, Magento & other stores 

1) Select the “Shopping” box 

2) Select “Ecommerce platform”. Odience supports Shopify, Magento & other stores. 

3) Select the platform you will be transferring your items from.

5) Referral Code (Optional)  

6) Select checkout platform 

If PayPal Selected: 

7) Client Key: Enter a client key (Need more info)  

8) Client Secret: Enter a client secret (Need more info) 

9) Enable Sandbox by checking it off  

10) Hit save to confirm your shopping bot source 

If Shopify selected: 

1) More information TBA 


  1. Click “Save”  

Shopping - Use your Google, Amazon & other product feeds 

  1. Select the “Shopping” box 

  1. Select “Merchant Feed” 

  1. Select which product feed you are looking to onboard 

  1. Add the URL of your product feed 

  1. Referral code (Optional) 

  1. Select your checkout method  

  1. Click “Save” 


Edit & make adjustment to your shopping chatbot (You can always go back & adjust your shopping chatbot if necessary) 

1) Select the three stacked dots beside your chatbot to view more options.

2) Select “Edit” 

3) Make any necessary changes to your chatbot 

4) Click “Save” to apply changes
