Shopping Chatbot

In-stream services are unique event features that can be customized to make your event much more engaging such as QR codes, shopping, poll interactions, etc.

Create Shopping Chatbot 

Shopping - Connecting to your Shopify, Magento & other stores or to a Merchant Product Feed. 

1)Note: SelectCreating a Shopping Chabot with a Merchant Feed is identical to creating a chatbot with an Ecommerce platform. Only difference is instead of linking an ecommerce platform, you will need to link your XML product feed URL in the “Shopping”Shopping boxBot Source section 

2)1. Start by selecting Shopping in your Quick Start or by selecting Add Chatbot in your Micro Services dropdown.

2. Select “Ecommerce platform”. Odience supports Shopify, Magento & other stores. 

Note: Odience supports ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento and others. We also the support the use of Google, Amazon & other XML merchant feeds.

3)3. Select the platform you will be transferring your items from.

  • Note: If Merchant Feed was selected over the ecommerce option, the only difference is that you would need to enter a XML product feed URL (see below for reference). All steps before and after stay the same for both shopping sources.

5) Referral Code (Optional)  

6)6. Select checkout platform & then Click Save. 

If PayPal Selected: 

7) Client Key: Enter a client key (Need more info)  

8)7. Client Secret: EnterAdd a clientChatbot secretLogo, Name, Description (optional) & then select which products from your store you want to include in your shopping chatbot.Need

9)8. Enable Sandbox by checking it off  

10) HitClick save to confirmadd Chabot to your shopping bot sourceevent.

  1. Click “Save”

  1. Selectselecting the “Shopping” box 

  1. Select “Merchant Feed” 

  1. Select which product feed you are looking to onboard 

  1. Add the URL of your product feed 

  1. Referral code (Optional) 

  1. Select your checkout method  

  1. Click “Save” 


Edit & make adjustment to your shopping chatbot (You can always go back & adjust your shopping chatbot if necessary) 

1) Select the three stacked dots beside your chatbotbullets to viewthe left for more options.

2)Customize Appearance

- Select “Edit”the three stacked bullets toward the right side to customize the appearance of your chatbot.

3)- MakeClick any necessary changesSave to yourconfirm changes. chatbot 

4) Click “Save” to apply changes
